MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION 设立该职务的基本目的 Support to build Fresh brand desirability in digital environment Build brand awareness and consumer engagement of Fresh brand in social media (Red, Douyin, WeChat, Weibo etc.) Support daily digital related executions ( e.g. IMC campaigns / brand assets creation/ media buy/ social daily operations/all channel content supports ) Plan IMC campaign project to support product launches and co-MKT projects IMC Campaigns Prepare official IMC brief to creative, social and media agencies according to brand& MKT objectives Develop IMC campaign plan and align with related functions and upper level management team Support line manager on putting IMC plan into detail executions, including but not limited in: - Lead IMC agency to develop campaign big idea and produce related local assets and localize global assets - Lead social agency to plan and execute influencer seeding - Lead media agency to plan and execute paid media spot plan and produce media MR - Co-branding / IP collaboration negotiation - Traffic acquisition for both online and offline Consolidate each campaign by weekly campaign report and final performance to deliver a concrete review report
SEM/SEO: Support line manager on putting always-on SEM annual plan into detail execution Support line manager to synergize always-on SEO with campaign influencer seeding
Own Social Media: Coordinating related functions for developing monthly own social media calendars plan, develop, execute and review Fresh own social media content based on global and local assets Ensure consistence of the brand image& tone and manner on social media platforms
Data Reporting: Support on collecting and consolidating competitors’ information Monthly brand desirability index tracking Raw report data collecting and preparing for reports required ( e.g. monthly report / flash report / social report ) Others: Help to filing all related digital assets ( social media pictures / videos / resource from the Central ) Help to filling all digital related financial documents Help on PO/AnP tracking operational details PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND 该职务所需的主要技能及相关背景 Basic Capability: 1) At least 5 working experience in digital industry and IMC campaign, involved in beauty industry will be plus 2) Well understand beauty industry mkt and having business sense 3) Keep path with digital trends and share insights ,and open-minded 4) Digital savvy users 5) Owned basic digital sense and thinkings 6) Influence on oral and written English 7) Basic excel and Powerpoint knowledge Digital Skills Required: 1) Integrated ability on content creation, paid media, influencer seeding and own media 2) Already accumulate certain scale of digital/social media and platform environment 3) Familiar with IMC campaign execution process 4) Familiar with social media platform, and involved with content developing and editing 5) Good at the reporting and data analysis 6) Basic finance execution process and filling documents Personality Preferred: 1) Good team player, supportive on internal and external function 2) Responsible and with ownership 3) Open-minded and flexible 4) Humble and warm 5) Keen in details
