Position Overview: This position will be at the forefront of leveraging social - digital activation to drive brand growth and influence. You'll be responsible for orchestrating PI - related budget strategies and KOL - driven initiatives within the digital realm, ensuring maximum impact in the highly competitive social - digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities: 1)Campaign Execution & Budget Allocation: Assist in planning and allocating budgets for always-on and campaign-specific Precision Influencer (PI) activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with broader marketing goals. 2)KOL Management & Content Development: Support the development of tribe strategies and selection of KOLs based on audience insights and brand alignment. Review and refine influencer-generated content (stories, posts, videos) to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. Develop amplification tactics to maximize reach and engagement across platforms. 3.)Agency & Process Coordination: Manage day-to-day relationships with KOL agencies, ensuring adherence to contracts and delivery timelines. Maintain and update PI playbooks, guidelines, and briefing documents. 4)Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor KPIs such as quality engagement %, earned media value, CTR, and brand keyword search performance. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns in-flight and improve ROI.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns. Familiarity with KOL platforms, social listening tools, and analytics dashboards. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Google Analytics) and creative content evaluation. Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external agencies. Experience in the FMCG/beauty industry. Knowledge of emerging trends in influencer marketing and social media algorithms.
