Your Roles & Responsibilities: - Supplier Management Planning and implementation of audits for regional supplier evaluation, incl. definition and tracking of improvement measures until supplier release Development and continuous improvement of suppliers’ delivery quality including performance tracking, deviation analysis, and optimization, integrated continued low performer into bottleneck management Disciplinary and functional lead of the regional functions Bottleneck Management, Supply Chain Disruption Response and Escalation Management for the commodities Escalation Management across BUs for the commodities regarding the issues of capacities, finances, quantities, quality, and general bottlenecks for global suppliers for a region - Cross-divisional interfaces Interface Region: Production/Plants, Regional Purchasing (procurement), Regional Quality, Controlling, Finance, Regional Sales - Other Tasks per requests Supplier workshop and Plant Workshop Presentation and Coaching for Plant Planner (planning capabilities, supplier management, etc.) Urgent Task assigned by the leader
Your Skills & Strengths: Bachelor degree or above Experience of centralized logistics and supplier management Deep SAP knowledge regarding SD, PP and MM Logistics modules Experience of logistics planning, especially for sales & material planning Fluent in spoken and written English Language Being familiar with Automotive is a PLUS Very good communication skills Teamwork spirit, being proactive Structural and analytical thinking Experience in directly addressing difficult and critical issues Good Leadership Conflict management Communication competence at management level and with external partners
