Responsibilities: 1. Increase e-commerce sales performance and maximize volume and high-NOR cargo. 2. Sell ZIM USWC products and explore for new opportunities, special for e-commerce customers 3. E-comm volume development in North China and utilization optimization 4. Maintain customer relationships and grow customer base. 5. Closely follow-up with customers’ capability needs. 6. Problem-solving and mitigate complaints. 7. Design detailed account-growing plan. 8. Weekly new import customer acquisition. 9. Achieve the sales targets and meeting target. 10. Comply with reporting requirements to enable performance tracking.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree 2. Over 3 years of sales experience in E-commerce industry; full of E-commerce knowledge and related logistics experience 3. Strong stress resistance and problem-solving abilities; Strong enthusiasm, responsibility and wide teamwork; Good at communication; Proactive, optimistic, careful, patient 4. Proficient skills in both written and oral Chinese and English 5. Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications 6. Logical mind set, self-confidence and ability to make clear statements/presentations
