Responsibilities: 1. Increase e-commercial sales performance and maximize volume and high-NOR cargo. 2. Sell ZIM west cost of USA products and identify new opportunities, special for e-commercial customers 3. Maintain customer relationships and grow customer base. 4. Closely follow-up with customers’ capability needs. 5. Problem-solving and mitigate complaints. 6. Design detailed account-growing plan. 7. Weekly new import customer acquisition. 8. Achieve the sales targets and meeting target. 9. Comply with reporting requirements to enable performance tracking. 10. Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree and above 2. Over 2 years of sales experience in shipping industry 3. Proficient skills in both written and oral Chinese and English 4. Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications 5. Self-confidence and ability to make clear statements/presentations
