Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Cooperate with controller , global stakeholders and TSS head to the execute the opex/capex planning, coordinate laboratory activities and events. Prepare and manage the laboratory’s annual opex and capex budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budgetary limits and monthly report to TSS head. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and lab utilization. Monitor and evaluate laboratory processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to address any deviations or non-conformances. Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and chemicals, ensuring timely procurement and proper storage. Support TSS scientist and engineer for equipment and consumables preparation and order. Safety and Compliance: Cooperate with EHS manager to make sure all the lab activities follow EHS guidance. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Follow EHS policy and ensure all laboratory equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policy regarding to Mlab. Training and marketing event support: Cooperate with commercial team to support the lab preparation for training and marketing activities in Mlab to better promote Mlab branding and maximize lab utilization. Prepare and present monthly lab reports to senior management. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Participate in customer lab tour and presentations to demonstrate expertise and promote Mlab branding. ________________________________________ Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory work or operations within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries. Skills: knowledge of laboratory operation, maintenance and EHS . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex situation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Experience in upstream, downstream and analytical technology is preferred .
