1. JOB OVERVIEW a) As layout engineer you will work with cross function to finish PCB design and solve the related issue b) The position requires the good knowledge on UPS, expert knowledge for all kinds of PCB include high speed boards, high power boards. c) The position requires good quality sense on PCB design to drive issue resolve. d) In addition, you need to have international cooperation and communication skills, as well as fluent English communication skills. 2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Make sure all designed PCB follow Schneider company standard and basic IPC standard PCB. Work with vendor and PCBA factory to ensure design for manufacture and resolve related issue from vendor and PCBA factory. Lead PCB related innovation activities with other team members. Make sure PCB deliver and documents meet schedule and quality requirement. 3. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUD Bachelor's degree or above, majoring electronic engineering, or Automation Engineering, Microelectronic et 4. WORK EXPEREINCE More than 5 years of experience as PCB layout Engineer in the Industries related company Familiar with the main product development process in waterfall or agile models 5. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills, able to effectively manage and motivate the team while revolve complicated issue. Decision-maker with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Familiar with the design, production, and testing process Mandatory advanced skills of Cadence tools Mandatory power board knowledge Mandatory High speed PCB design skill Advanced knowledge of PCB fabrication, like surface finish, tracing size, layer stacks and board materials Advanced knowledge of PCBA industrial constraints on PCB design Advanced knowledge of EMC, EMI and safety on PCB design Basic knowledge for UPS related electrical knowledge. Advanced knowledge of constraints for ICT test Advanced SI and PI simulation knowledge is preferred. Basic knowledge of PCB cost and values analysis Basic knowledge of problem-solving methodology like 7step, PDCA
