Needs to travel in APAC regions The Product Manager will manage the regional product range within industrail Passive Safety including ownership of our product and services' offering, positioning and messaging across the APAC region.
Responsibilities: - Be the overall product owner of the regional product range within Passive Safety - Oversee the full product lifecycle from development through to end-of-life, ensuring products remain competitive and aligned with customer and market needs. - Conduct regular customer research, market analysis, and competitor assessments to identify customer needs and emerging trends. - Create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for full passive safety product range. - Collaborate with Sales teams to support customer interactions, provide product expertise, and deliver training materials that communicate product benefits and features (incl. pitch decks). - Work with marketing to create literature, demos, and presentations that enhance sales effectiveness and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Requirments: - With a growing number of regional products produced in China for the APAC market as well as an increasing need for more regional adjusted product and service offering and especially an urgent need within Aluminium and Plastic Barriers in APAC, we need this person on board to drive these initiatives in order to have the bandtwith and speed needed to reach the overall growth KPIs for the region. - Bachelor’s Degree - Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related field - Over 5 years of experience with solid Product Marketing experience - Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English is required - Strong Powerpoint presentation development and coordination - Demonstrates initiative, fast learning and result oriented
