Responsibilities 61 Works closely with account managers to explore new business opportunities, understand customer needs. Hosts and presents at technical seminar at customers to promote DuPont technologies and products. 61 Provides technical solutions to customers in a timely manner to address customer questions or inline issues, by leveraging application knowledges and expertise in lithography. Conduct onsite hands-on experiments at customers as needed. 61 Collaborates with other functions to accelerate new R&D product development, CIP/PCN, and commercialization process. 61 Leads investigation of performance-driven customer complaints. Work closely with Manufacturing Quality, and Engineering team to ensure excellent product quality. 61 Generates and use quality data (Litho inline data, SPC chart, COA, analytical test, etc.) to enable cross functional partners to drive product quality improvements. 61 Voices out quality issues at QMR for timely support with priority, and be the VOC to drive quality roadmap and CIPs. 61 Protects intellectual properties and trade secrets.
Qualifications/Requirements
61 MS or above in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, semiconductor devices or related fields 61 At least 3-year work experience in semiconductor processing. Lithography experience in Foundry or Memory R&D/manufacturing is preferred 61 Knowledge and experience in semiconductor device and Litho process, Hands-on experience in advanced Litho chemicals, litho materials processing, and photo cluster of track and exposure tool 61 Strong interpersonal and communication skills 61 Hands-on style, continuous learning, deep in technologies, passionate for business win 61 Demonstrated strong ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, cross-functional, global work environment 61 Self-motivated in driving progress and result-oriented with attention to detail 61 Fluent in both oral and written English 61 Collaborative, strong team player 61 >30% time in travel
