Position Summary 83 Lead development of CDC valves 83 Work with customer for problem solving and root cause finding. 83 Cooperate with internal cross function team and supplier to realize product launch.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities 83 Development of Mechanical, Electro-hydraulic and Electronic-magnetic products. 83 Engineering interface with customers. 83 Ensure all deliverables & timing are clearly defined and communicated to the organization which meet with customer requirement. 83 Maintain issues/actions items list. 83 Work closely with global strength to have design/development gate reviews passed

Requirements / Qualifications 83 Master degree or bachelor degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Electrical Engineering (required) 83 More than 5 years working experience (required) 83 Experience of developing solenoids, experience on developing CDC valve is a big plus. (required) 83 Excellent interpersonal skills (required) 83 Excellent presentation skills (required) 83 Problem solving skills (required) 83 Applications engineering experience (required) 83 Fluent English language proficiency (preferred) 83 Experience working with Automotive OEMs (preferred) 83 Vehicle evaluation and test skills (preferred)
