Functional Responsibility

1. Create, maintain, develop, and enhance ongoing business based on the company's business development strategy and plans in the automotive transportation sector. Ensure effective customer eligibility and opportunity to expand and expand the company's core business in the local market;

2. Manage agents and potential customers, be responsible for customer bidding in the automotive transportation sector, coordinate branch offices and departments to complete customer quotations and proposals, and manage entire bidding process;
管理代理商和潜在客户,负责汽车运输领域客户招投标工作,协调分公司和部门完成客户报价和方案的提交,并管理整个投标进程;
3. Regularly track and monitor the profit and loss of the customer's business operations to ensure the company's business achieves budgeted profitability targets;
定期跟踪、监督客户的业务运营盈亏情况,确保公司业务实现预算的盈利指标;
4. Participate in related events and meetings with agents and customers to collect and investigate industry market trends and provide market-looking support to company;
参加相关活动以及与代理商和客户的会议,收集、调研行业市场趋势,为公司提供市场前瞻性支持;
5. Contact each branch office and department to find the best solution for any given transportation, participate in the supervision of the quality management and execution process of the operations of the business in the automotive transportation sector, and ensure the operating processes and other service indicators identified with the customer are contract-based to meet customer expectations and requirements;
联系各分公司和部门, 为任何给定的运输找到最优解决方案,参与汽车运输领域业务运作质量管理和执行过程的监督,确保与客户确定的运作流程和其他服务指标基于合同,满足客户期望和要求;
6. Other tasks assigned by department manager.

Personal Capabilities & Education

1. At least 5 years of automotive transport agency business or sales/operation related experience and more than 3 years of management experience.
至少 5 年汽车运输代理业务或销售/运营相关经验,3 年以上管理经验;
2. Good customer relationship building capability, self-management ability, ability to complete a given task independently.
具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识;
3. Fluent in English, excellent speaking, affinity, and good personnel management skills.
英语流利,杰出的演讲能力,具有亲和力和良好的人员管理技能;
4. Responsible and quick organizational coordination.
有责任心和快速组织协调能力;
5. Good execution, teamwork, and a sense of collaboration.
具备良好的执行力,拥有良好的团队合作精神和协作意识;
6. Basic knowledge of local customs and international trade.
对当地海关和国际贸易有基本了解。
7. Adapt to frequent business trips.
能适应频繁的商务旅行;
8. Bachelor's degree or above, logistics, foreign trade, or foreign language majors.
本科学历以上,物流、外贸或外语专业。
