61 Take full responsibility for Sales and Purchasing price analysis and control, work closely with China HQ functions (Sales, Purchase, Marketing, etc.) as a reliable business partner.
61 Support project quotation, actively participate in the initiation, evaluation and execution of business projects to ensure that the projects are financially viable and profitable.
61 Lead standard cost revaluation for China plants and provide gross margin analysis with business insights.
61 Provide profitability analysis and drive business performance.
61 Support WAVE projects, make a proper finance assessment and support project implementation.
61 Prepare monthly closing and review deck, capture business dynamics and alert R&O
61 Play a key role in annual operation planning (AOP), lead revenue and cost budgeting, consolidate plants’ strategic plan to China view.
61 Identify improvement areas and implement continuous improvement in both system and process within MRS China finance function.
61 Other ad-hoc project.

61 At least 5 years working experience in reputable MNCs, FP&A or controlling team, 2 years working experience for commercial or cost BP.
61 Strong logic and analytical thinking; be sensitive to numbers, ability to read business trend through financials.
61 Self-motivated, independent, performance driven, work both hard and smart.
61 Excellent intercultural communication skill.
61 High proficiency in MS Excel; user experience in SAP and Hyperion system is preferred.
61 CPA, ACCA qualification is highly preferred
