Job Duties: Maintain GM’s appointment / travel calendars and organizes business travels, including reservation of hotel accommodation, ticketing, travel document application, etc. Prepare and submit expenses statement as requested. Exercise reliable personal judgment and act with tact to greet and screen visitors, incoming calls. Business contacts include persons at all levels within the organization and industry Communicate GM’s instructions to department and/or various individuals, provide and obtain information from managers. Draft and prepare routine letters and memo for GM’s signature. Prepare complex correspondence, reports and presentations. Collect, summarize and compile relevant business data into report as directed. Handle confidential information, files, materials to ensure information security for proper use. Establish and maintain a proper filing / database system for easy retrieval and accurate documentation to facilitate information flows. Run the process online and work closely with related BU heads / managers. Work with HQ in HK for daily operation and receptions. Other duties may be assigned as required.
Knowledge & skill requirements: Bachelor’s degree with major in secretary, administration or related major. Ability to work accurately and independently in a structured manner. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality of sensitive business. 3 years related experience in FMCG is preferred. Good MS Office, communication and teamwork skills. Ability to prioritize assignments and balance the workload. Fluent in English is a must.
