Key responsibilities 主要职责：
1) As an expert in FMEA theory and practice, plan and follow up on the application and promotion within AMEC.
2) Offline training for FMEA tools and online course development.
3) Participate in R&D quality work/participate in PDP process Optimization
4) Participate in the handling of complex and recurring issues in CCAR electronic systems.
5) As an expert in MSA theory and practice, provide technical support for the internal application and promotion of MSA
6) Participate in ISO system/process/supplier audits, as well as respond to customer audits.
7) Participate in the development of quality tool series courses (EPS, FMEA, MSA, Plato, fishbone diagram, Is/Is not, scatter plot, 5W2H, 3 * 5why, etc., the same below)
8) Other tasks assigned by team leaders


Key requirement 资历要求 :
1. Education: Bachelor Degree and above or equivalent;
2. Major: Science / Engineering or equivalent；
3. Industry/area: Multinational Company Product Quality Management Experiences, electronics and/or semiconductor industry is a plus；
4. Work experience: more than 6 years of quality management experience；
5. Skills requirements:
* In depth knowledge of quality assurance management system and insight of problem solving methodology
* FMEA and MSA expert, good knowledge of VDA6.3/6.7,APQP and other quality tools.
* Strong sense of responsibility.
* Strong execution; Team work spirit; Good communication and influence skill; Good writing ability.
* Fluent English in reading and writing
