Job Tasks 1. Coordinate and schedule services (audits, assessments, verifications, trainings, and consultancy) in accordance with SOPs for consultants, ensuring timely and accurate communication with suppliers and/or mills across China. Additionally, provide support to back-office teams in other regions when needed. 2. Report enough in advance when portfolio of services to be performed is too low or there is a need for releasing new suppliers/mills for audits. Warnings should be sent to Country Coordinator and Global Business Operation. 3. Plan consultant assignments efficiently by optimizing costs and consolidating services in the same area whenever possible. 4. Download consultant work supporting documents from customers platform depending on the project. Ensure that all updated supporting documents are uploaded and available on Ellise Platform. 5. Keep client platform(s) and internal BluWin master sheets/tools accurately updated on a daily basis. All work allocation to Consultants must be visible on Elise Platform. 6. Provide the Consultant team with the weekly plan for all Services, confirmation email from the mills to be visited on that week and supporting documents to be used during the audit. Use Ellise system to share this weekly plan. 7. Support customer interactions, responding promptly to questions and resolving customer concerns. 8. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Requirments 1. Business Administration background is preferred. 2. Fluency in English is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Strong communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced skills in Excel, including the creation and management of PivotTables for data analysis and reporting. 5. Time management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently. 6. A proactive team player who collaborates effectively with the audit team. 7. Skills for improving efficiency and achieving goals
