1, Be responsible for the telephone switchboard, answers incoming calls professionally and transfers to proper department & Persons. 2, In charge of the internal and international package sending & receiving, and deliver the package to related department. 3, meeting room management, responsible for office waters and coordinate with the cleaner to ensure meeting rooms, courier rooms and office floor in clean and tidy. 4, drink water, coffee bean, milk, stationary purchase and management. 5, support teams to coordinate with third party storage warehouse to send out sample boxes or call back sample boxes. 6, internal and international business trip arrangement for employees (such hotel booking, train & flight tickets bookings, transportation arrangements and any emergencies management during the trips); 7, support oversea buyers from head office for issue of invitations letter, travel ticket and hotel booking, pick up arrangement and etc.... 8, support expatriates employee to apply of work permit and residence permit. 9, new employee registration, attendance management and key in vocation records. 10, interview arrangement for team leaders or team managers. 11, organize to hold on monthly birthday party or celebration event in the office. 12, take part of accouting responsibility for administration expenses in the office. 13, To follow up track of status with imported samples. to support to do imported samples custom clearance. 14, Support to administration and human resource manager for daily office management.
