1. Visual report development: design and build data models according to business requirements, support report development and maintenance, and provide clear and intuitive data display to management.

2. Indicator analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of key indicators of inventory and finance, explore potential business problems and opportunities, and provide solutions and improvement suggestions; Monitor and analyze abnormal indicator data, identify causes and propose corrective actions.
指标分析：对库存、财务的关键指标进行深入分析，挖掘潜在的业务问题和机会，提供解决方案和改进建议; 监控和分析异常指标数据，找出原因并提出纠正措施。
3. Presentation of data analysis results: Present complex data analysis results to the business in an easy-to-understand way to support business decisions.
数据分析结果呈现：将复杂的数据分析结果以易于理解的方式呈现给业务，支持业务决策。
4. Process optimization: Based on data analysis results, put forward suggestions for warehousing process optimization, assisted in implementation and tracked results.
流程优化：基于数据分析结果，提出仓储流程优化建议，协助实施并跟踪效果。

Job Requirements:
任职要求：
1. With 5 years of BI experience, at least 3 years of Power BI or Tableau experience, familiar with data integration, data visualization, report and dashboard design and development;
具备5年BI的经验，至少3年以上Power BI或Tableau的经验，熟悉数据集成，数据可视化，报表与仪表板的设计与开发；
2. Proficient in Power BI or Tableau management and operation and maintenance, including demand phone analysis, user role management, data set management, performance optimization, deployment architecture, etc.;
精通Power BI或Tableau的管理与运维，包括需求手机分析，用户角色管理，数据集管理，性能优化，部署架构等；
3. Proficient in Power BI or Tableau functions, including data connection, computational thinking and DAX expression, icon axis and visual elements configuration and custom development;
精通Power BI或Tableau的各项功能，包括数据连接、计算思维与DAX表达式，图标轴和视觉元素的配置和自定义开发；
4. At least 3 years working experience in logistics data analysis, financial data analysis or related field.
3年以上物流数据分析、财务数据分析或相关领域的工作经验。
5.English can be used as the working language.
