Requirement: 61 University graduate with chemical or business fields, and Master degree in Business Administration would be an advantage. Preferable 5+ years working experience related to sales/marketing in chemical/adhesive industry; 61 Affinity to our products and customers industries as well as a passion on supporting customers with competent advice; 61 People who can move confidently in a versatile, open, and international organization, fluent in English and Chinese, with good communication skill; 61 People who has willing to travel (40% +) and want to build up good relationship with customers. Strong affinity to also develop new business in different industries while securing existing business; 61 Effective team players who enjoy working together in a distributed and diversified team; 61 People with good sense of initiatives , and can work independently; 61 Experience in Adhesive especially for PUR or SG industry would be a plus; 61 Strong commercial skills including marketing sense; 61 Knowhow to deal and manage the change and find opportunities; 61 Understand and manage the cultural difference in the organization; 61 Good in strategic thinking is preferred.
