职位描述
Responsibility:

61 Understand customers07 commercial and technical needs and opportunities;
61 Maintain and continuouly improve the customer relationship and satisfactory level;
61 Follow-up of daily activities for negotation, service requirements, trouble shooting and complaints in line with relevant strategies and guidelines
61 Execute national price strategy and ensure pricing compliance
61 Manage account receivables and credit limits;
61 Research on customer needs and expectations in the field of products, processes and propose measures to improve customer satisfaction;
61 Generate, evaluate and report market and competitive information to ensure competitive advantage;
61 Work closely with other functions, e.g. key account management, techn. service, product management, NBD, customer service, supply chain and business services;
61 Identify and capture new opportunities and/or projects, using the tool of RLOP;
61 Contact person for local external distributors, and responsible for target setting and daily management;


Requirement:
61 University graduate with chemical or business fields, and Master degree in Business Administration would be an advantage. Preferable 5+ years working experience related to sales/marketing in chemical/adhesive industry;
61 Affinity to our products and customers industries as well as a passion on supporting customers with competent advice;
61 People who can move confidently in a versatile, open, and international organization, fluent in English and Chinese, with good communication skill;
61 People who has willing to travel (40% +) and want to build up good relationship with customers. Strong affinity to also develop new business in different industries while securing existing business;
61 Effective team players who enjoy working together in a distributed and diversified team;
61 People with good sense of initiatives , and can work independently;
61 Experience in Adhesive especially for PUR or SG industry would be a plus;
61 Strong commercial skills including marketing sense;
61 Knowhow to deal and manage the change and find opportunities;
61 Understand and manage the cultural difference in the organization;
61 Good in strategic thinking is preferred.
