Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts within the firefighting vehicle sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in firefighting or related industries. The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in shaping the growth trajectory of our business by building strong customer relationships, developing effective sales strategies and action plan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Sales Planning: o Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the firefighting vehicle market. o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. o Forecast sales performance and prepare actionable plans to ensure growth and profitability. 2. Customer Relationship Management: o Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and partners. o Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. o Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and meetings. 3. Performance Tracking and Reporting: o Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management. o Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance. o Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all sales activities. 4. Market Expansion: o Identify and penetrate new markets and customer segments for firefighting vehicles. o Collaborate with product teams to tailor offerings that meet market demands. o Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share. Qualifications and Skills: 61 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 61 Experience: 3 years of sales experience, exceptional candidate may be considered 61 Skills: o English will be the primary working language; proficiency in Russian is a plus; o Willingness to travel frequently and perform effectively under high-pressure conditions. o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. o Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. o Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
