工作职责:
1.负责海外商务团队与内部团队之间的沟通与协调，确保与相关部门紧密合作，有效传递和解决海外客户的需求，确保在项目报价、执行及后期交付过程中信息流畅、及时、准确。
2.对研发团队提供技术指导和建议，帮助客户解决技术挑战，及时响应并解决客户反馈的技术问题。领导并参与项目进度的全面管理，确保项目目标与客户需求一致，推动项目按期完成。
3.制定并执行与海外客户相关的技术支持策略和流程，确保不同项目交付的高效性和质量。
4.收集并分析项目技术支持的相关数据，识别改进点并提出优化建议，以提升项目交付效率和客户满意度。
5.完成上级交办的其他工作任务，确保工作进展与公司战略目标一致。

1.Fully responsible for communication and coordination between the overseas BD team and internal teams, ensuring close collaboration with relevant departments to effectively transmit and resolve overseas client needs, and ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate information flow during project quotation, execution, and delivery.
2.Provide technical guidance and advice to the R&D team, help clients solve technical challenges, and respond promptly to client feedback on technical issues. Lead and participate in overall project progress management, ensuring project goals align with client needs, and drive on-time project completion.
3.Develop and execute support strategies and processes related to overseas clients, ensuring efficient and high-quality project delivery for different projects.
4.Collect and analyze data related to project technical support, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimization suggestions to enhance project delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
5.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, ensuring work progress aligns with company strategic goals.
任职资格:
1.硕士及以上学历，优先考虑有机化学、药物化学相关专业背景的博士，具备海外学习或有CDMO公司研发经验者优先。
2.具备丰富的团队管理经验，能够有效领导并激励团队成员，确保团队目标达成。
3.优秀的跨部门协作能力、项目管理能力和客户服务意识，具备处理复杂技术问题和客户需求的能力。
4.熟练掌握Office办公软件及Chemdraw等工具，具有项目管理经验和相关工具的使用经验者优先。

1.Master’s degree or above, preferably a Ph.D. in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or related fields; overseas study or work experience, and experience in CDMO company R&D are preferred.
2.Extensive team management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate team members to ensure team objectives are achieved.
3.Excellent cross-departmental collaboration, project management skills, and customer service awareness, with the ability to handle complex technical issues and client demands.
4.Proficiency in Office software, Chemdraw, and other tools; project management experience and familiarity with related tools is preferred.
