职位描述
Mission:
This role will be responsible to support line managers to carry out office admin as well as key account duties.

Responsibilities
Admin (50%):
61 Operate switchboard properly, ensure transfer phone call to right person.
61 Receive visitor in polite manner.
61 Office stationery ordering & distribution.
61 Stationery and door card arrangement for new staff.
61 Maintain and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the office environment
61 Daily management of courier packages, mail distribution and receipt.
61 Monthly admin related expenses settlement.
61 Liaise with property management/landlord or vendors on office issues.
61 Relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Key Account (50%):
61 Completion of the preparation and organization of sales contracts/agreements: In the initial stage, fill in the content of the format contract based on the intention order. In the mid-stage, ensure the contract is stamped by both parties. In the final stage, complete the filing and execution of the contract terms.
61 Order Verification and Production: In accordance with the procurement agreement, complete the order template, and verify both the unit price and the total payment amount.
61 Cross-departmental coordination and communication: Based on customer order requirements, ensure inventory quantity matching, organize product qualification data, and confirm funds recovery.
61 Handle customer communications: Address issues related to purchase orders, verify receipt discrepancies with customers, and track payment progress.


Requirements:
61 College degree or above, 3 years related working experience.
61 Passionate and flexible personality, work as a strong team player.
61 Good command of oral and written English.
61 Good command of Microsoft Office software, especially proficient in using various functions of Excel.
61 Strong sensitivity to the data.
