Job Responsibilities: 1. Design and execute cell line development strategies including vector design, transfection, selection, and screening of high-producing clonal cell lines for mAbs or BsAbs. 2. Main experiment jobs include stable pool construction and evaluation. Protein material generation with stable pool production. Single cell cloning and high producing cell line screening with high-throughput equipment (single cell printer and imager, Octet, etc.) Fed-batch evaluation of pool or clonal cells in TPP or shake flasks. Primary cell bank creation and clone stability study. MCB and WCB creation in GMP condition. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cell Culture Process Development, Analytical Development, and Downstream Process Development, to ensure seamless integration of cell line development activities with downstream process. 4. Maintain detailed documentation of experimental procedures, data analysis, and results in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. 5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cell line development technologies, techniques, and industry best practices. 6. Complete other work related to lab or projects assigned by supervisors.
Key requirements:13 1. Bachelor’s degree above in biology or relevant disciplines with at least 5 years work experience in cell line development area. 2. Extensive hands-on experience with CHO cell culture at lab scale, successful experience in mAb and bispecific antibody cell line development project. Experience with high-throughput screening platforms and automation for cell line development. GMP cell banking experience will be a plus. 3. Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Problem-solving experience in BsAb cell line development project is highly desired. 4. Familiar with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices related to antibody-producing cell line development. 5. Diligent and enjoy bench work. Good lab and record writing habits. 6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
