1. Manage the sales and relationship development efforts. 2. Develop sales strategy based on account profiles and an understanding of the customer or prospect’s business in order to effectively convey the financial, technical and service benefits for doing the business. 3. Manage account database, activities and opportunities through sales (opportunity) management processes and tools. 4. Prepare presentations, quotations and provide requested product and/or service information to customers and prospects. 5. Work with the counterpart account managers and technical support persons to understand successes and failures and how those impact your activities within the accounts under responsibility.
Qualifications:
1. University in an Engineering or Business discipline or a related area. 2. Above 10 years related experience in auto tier 1 company, Geely, Zeekr experience as preference 3. Excellent interpersonal skills related to customer interaction and internal cross-functional teamwork. 4. Actively incorporate the internal support functions in the success of our business. 5. Excellent leadership and coaching skills. 6. A desire for continuous self-improvement. 7. Good English communication skill. 8. Willing to frequent traveling.
