职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives This position require substantial OEM customer relationship based on the proofed sales experience in automotive industry, who is passionate, self-motivated, and result-oriented team player with every stakeholders in order to commit to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing and potential clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. 主要职责 Key Responsibilities Define the KA strategy to apply with global customer in terms of product and price conditions in Asia region. Deep analysis comprise of customer trends, innovation, market, competition of the organization and so on. Build strong relationship with global representative key account manager to identify and progressing business opportunities in China to achieve revenue budget and growth targets. Penetrate potential customers to promote our driveline products,especially for half shaft. Price management with annual price negotiation. Acquisition planning and management, define year-by-year roadmap. Handle requests for quotations (RFQ receipt, internal quotation arrangement, offer, negotiation, project nomination etc.) Running project commercial topic responsibility. Owner of customer satisfaction. Collect market intelligence and competitor information. Frequent travelling is required. 职位任职者需要展现的专业技术和能力Professional skills and abilities More than 5-year professional experience in automotive industry, especially in chassis system Fluent English Skill; Familiar with automobile passenger vehicle market, have solid local customer resources, Especially for li Auto, Seres , Zeekr and other local OEMs; Close relationship with director level person at key customers; BD ability is a must have; Passionate, self-motivated, and result-oriented team player Strong facilitation skill and cross function communication ability, high EQ High potential for sales leader. Stable, willing to work together with IFA team.
