Your Role As our Regional Business Development Manager M&A, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Power Technique by identifying and acquiring companies that will strengthen our product portfolio, capabilities, and market position. You will work closely with our divisional management teams to develop and execute a strategic acquisition roadmap focused on China.
Following responsibilities are part of this position: 73 Identify & Assess Growth Opportunities – Research and analyze industries, potential acquisition targets, and competitors to build a strong pipeline of business opportunities. 73 Drive Acquisitions & Joint Ventures – Lead the search for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures that enhance our market reach and profitability. 73 Strategic Decision-Making – Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to facilitate intelligent and sustainable expansion. 73 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with teams across Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Aftermarket, and Product Development to evaluate business cases and due diligence. 73 Lead Due Diligence & Negotiations – Support contract negotiations, manage regulatory approval processes, and engage external legal partners to ensure smooth transactions. 73 Enhance Market Positioning – Expand our product and service offerings, enter new business sectors, and develop strategic channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.
To succeed, you will need 78 Degree-level education (MBA desirable). 78 10+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or related fields. 78 Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in business valuation and deal structuring. 78 Proven experience in technology-driven industries, with a deep understanding of market trends. 78 Experience in customer/market engagement, identifying acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships. 78 Fluent in both Chinese and English
