Position Summary： 83Managing Sourcing and procurement process for China Indirect procurement, met business requirement and project target so to support China business growth. 83Define key commodity strategy per business strategy, ensure right supplier portfolio and align with function leader 83Managing bidding and RFQ process, leading cross-function teams to prepare bidding, analysis bidding result and scorecard and determine best overall value to the organization. 83Delivery negotiation saving and cost avoidance and best possible commercial terms to benefit company interest. 83Define and manage key supplier relationship to delivery breakthrough performance in cost, compliance and quality 83Establish and report on measurable performance metrics for all indirect procurement activities, including: PO release time, new supplier on board, bidding process, etc. 83Key important procurement data base management to met compliance requirements Major Duties & Responsibilities： 8330% Leading cross function/supplier to execute bidding process: prepare bidding, analysis result, and evaluation bidding scorecard. 8315% Cost/Price analysis and negotiation to maximum company benefit 8315% Purchasing order approval and release 8310% Contract term negotiation and contract master data management. Work with internal function to renew contract timely to reduce business risk 8310% Sourcing new supplier per commodity strategy or project needs, understand market trend and situation. New supplier evaluation and assessment 8310% Supplier complaints and issues corrective action and follow up. Regularly review supplier performance with supplier to build up ***-class supplier performance. 835% Regularly communication with business leader to under needs, prepare in advance. 835% Reports, spending analysis, procurement documentation management to fulfil compliance requirement Other Duties： 83Proactive communicate with internal stakeholder and suppliers on solution, issues 83Training and coach internal user to understand indirect procurement process and related scorecard 83Supplier training to understand requirement in terms of quality, compliance and other operation requirement 83Cooperation and preparation for internal and external audit 83Regularly or irregularly audit supplier including on-site audit to ensure supplier performance Qualifications： 83Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, supply chain, procurement, technical or finance 838-10years procurement working experience, prefer certain working experience in Indirect procurement area 83Prefer with CPSM certification 83Familiar with SAP 83Skilled on office tool 83Good communication and problem-solving and conflict-solving capability 83Strong negotiation capability and influence capability 83Proof certain leadership: can lead cross-function team internal or external to fulfill project procurement target 83Supplier performance management and relationship management capability 83Can work under certain pressure. 83Very limited travel needed
