Job description:
Our Packaging & Accessories Procurement Department is looking for a Merchandiser in Shanghai.
Your main mission will be to managing the product supply from production through to delivery in France, ensuring optimal stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and logistic team.
The main objective is to ensure fluid, efficient and punctual supply, while optimizing costs and avoiding stock-outs.
You will be in contact with our French procurement team on daily basis and will be reporting your order progress every week.
Hard Skills :
- Supply chain and logistic strategy (order management, shipment tracking, stock management, procurement according forecast and supply chain)
- Software: Excel (Pivot table, formula, V search, SAGE), Outlook
- Language: English writing and speaking (high level requested)
- French speaking (optional, but appreciated)
- Chinese (high level requested)
- Supply (process, documentation, logistics and incoterm knowledge for exportation to France (FOB conditions)
- You have at least 2 years' experience in procurement in China ideally in the cosmetics sector.
- Good knowledge of China, its geography and culture
