Description - External R&D Budget Control and Tracking: Develop and manage R&D budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial constraints; Track and analyze R&D spending, collaborate with R&D teams to understand project requirements and forecast future spending needs, and Implement controls and processes to ensure R&D expenses are accurately captured and reported. Business Operation Management: Oversee the financial management of legal entity business operations, including local Tax/Legal requirements and entity cashflow forecast. Supply Chain TP Management: Develop and maintain supply chain financial models to support strategic decision-making; Support to set up new Tender process and TP related process. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Support the finance controller in the preparation of financial reports and analysis. Collaboration and Resource Leverage: Work closely with the Global Business Finance COCE (Center of Competence for Excellence) to leverage resources and expertise; Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance visibility and analysis skills. Adaptability and Change Management: Be open to change and actively participate in initiatives that provide better visibility and enhance analytical capabilities. Qualifications - External Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in FP&A. Strong knowledge of financial systems and software, including ERP systems. Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different departments and levels of the organization across regions.
