Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)
R&D Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in executing and managing the project during the ERP upgrade period. This individual will be responsible for the project process, data, and topics related to R&D legal entities to ensure the successful delivery of the ERP upgrade project. Additionally, You will play a vital role in connecting financial strategy with business operations, leveraging the financial and analytical expertise and perspective to provide insights for a sustainable business. Basic proficiency in English is required to facilitate communication and documentation.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Support the project progress, milestones, and any issues or risks identified
- Manage and support project data ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Closely connection with the global team to ensure global R&D process consistency with China R&D on ERP upgrade project
- Support data-driven decision-making through utilizing financial analysis and business insights
- Financial planning, management reporting and analysis model building as required, data processing
- Participate in monthly P&L tracking as well as month/year-end closing activities
- Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications
74 Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business.
74 At least 5 years of experience in accounting or audit.
74 MNC experience is preferred
74 Previous experience with SAP, Strong Widows/Microsoft office
74 Good English skill (speaking, writing, reading)
74 Open-minded, team player and with good communication skills
74 Positive attitude, responsible, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
