Job Objective Responsible for sourcing, developing and managing corporate partners to drive workplace acquisition and broaden client base to support growth of the CBG franchise across deposits, investments and bancassurance. Responsible for supporting front line sales teams in an assigned city to solicit NTB and NQTR customers. This is through building business relationship with suitable corporations by joint promotion or alliance partnership with various models (online to offline, online to online etc.), on top of the existing BAU sourcing channel/programs. Responsible for developing the business strategy and action plan for her/his responsible area and execution of Micro Marketing/Alliance business to secure new NTB and NQTR customer acquisition channels. Focus on strategic partnerships within our customer value propositions is essential. Responsible for sourcing and developing effective partnerships to embed DBS in customer journeys to reap long term, sustainable business benefits including client acquisition and AUM growth.
Principal Responsibilities Strategy Formulation & Execution, and Financial Management Acquisition, Planning & Execution: - Responsible for sales channel planning and on boarding for Micro-Marketing, join promotion or alliance partnership set up with identified partners. - Work with Segment, Digital Distribution and GSMC teams for ecosystem partnerships, program development, business negotiation and program delivery with disciplined tracking. Ensure end to end leads monitoring, through effective use of our systems. - Adhere to operating model, processes, channel structure and resolve related issues. - Promote and optimize leads capture through QR code for upload into systems (CC) for effective tracking and monitoring. - Work closely with BMs and DHs to support sales acquisition strategy. Reflect customer feedback & competitive situation and provide recommendations to DHs and Customer Segments. - Support and lead the sales teams to deliver KPI and prepare sales & activity planning. - Maintain business networks and social contacts for collaboration and expand our customer base.
Workplace Marketing: - Support client acquisition via corporate roadshows / lunch talks to promote Group Insurance, DBS product offerings on our direct banking platform. - Source for corporate organizations and drive sign up of DBS accounts and products (e. Treasures accounts, Insurance plans etc.) - Collaborate with Banca team to constantly improve strategic insurer partner’s.
Risk Management & Control - Supervise the operation and sales activities to ensure full compliance with both external regulatory codes/ordinance and internal compliance policies, standards, guidelines & procedures. - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and policies covering Operational, Credit, Reputational and People Risk. - Recognize and exercise sound commercial judgment and respond to resolve issues appropriately.
Job Dimensions - Deliver required NQTR Treasures accounts KPI. - Support client acquisition through leads generation from marketing events and promotional partnerships. - Secure effective partnerships which are in line with our business objectives. - Secure new channels and partnerships; including digital channels to support client acquisition. - Design a smooth customer journey to drive bank account sign ups and product penetration in every partnership structure. - Leverage on IBG relationships to build sustainable, long-term effective partnerships.
Education and Relevant Experience - Minimum 3 years’ working experience, including at least 1 years in sales / sales management. - Good education background, preferably at least University Level. - Direct sales or business development experience on Consumer Banking products. - Good track record in acquisition channel and partnership development. - Possesses a strong network of contacts across industries. - Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and frameworks. - Ability to perform under a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
