This position is responsible for
1.Overall factory micro risk management, ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and Mars internal standard.
2.Maintain and drive continuous improvement on quality and food safety management system.
What are we looking for?

Food science, microbiological related, Bachelor and above.

Expert on food microbiology.

Familiar with quality management system, such as ISO9000, FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP etc.

Familiar with food safety risk management.

Fluent English skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
1. Factory Micro Verification Standard owner
(
1) Ensure MVS standard compliance with global and regional standard.
(
2) Factory micro risk assessment and risk control on raw materials, process, environment and finished products.
(
3) Establish and review factory environment micro verification plan based on regular data analysis.
(
4) Lead micro deviation investigation and initiate CAPA, CAPA verification.
(
5) Support HACCP/SSOP periodical verification.
2. Quality and food safety management system
(
1) Lead factory level and QA department level capability building and training.
(
2) Promote quality culture in factory.
(
3) Factory level quality document control owner
(
4) Factory GMP: key focus on cleaning and sanitation; pest control
(
5) Drive continuous improvement.
