Main duties
1.Preparing for work at the client’s site in China and/or abroad Organization / safety / formalities / equipment.
2.Carrying out or confirming diagnostic work, identifying the technical solution.
3.Organizing staff and materials required to carry out the work.
4.Also acting as a technical expert to make technical recommendations and propose them to clients approached. Training clients to use the company’s products and providing other support.
5.Using technical expertise, contributing to the development / adjustment of new product solutions.
6.Studies and identifies cost effective technical solutions. May provide cost estimation for the EtO business.
7.Validates that the technical proposal meets the customer specifications clause by clause.
8.Systematically documents customer's proposal.
9.Supports customer claims or requests by assessing and determining root causes (application or product)
10.Complete other work assigned by department manager.
