Service plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue, and supporting the overall lifecycle of GEA’s products and solutions. The Service organization now needs to continue to evolve. To do so, the focus will be on building performance partnerships with customers. This means that instead of just selling machines, GEA aims to build "Performance Partnership" agreements with its customers and become a strategic partner in their success. 1. Conduct service handover with the project department to ensure that the project department hands over the information required by the service department. 2. Support service sales to increase service coverage by FSO (*** Service Order) strategy. Support includes RSPL, SLA templates which including related service portfolio, and the production of sales PPTs. 3. Maintain new project information in CRM (ex. registered products in the project), establish correct I-Base information from project set up, and provide possibilities for targeted promotion of service products in the future. 4. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering-related fields (Process, Mechanical, Automation Control, or equivalent). 2. 3+ years of experience in project management, engineering design, or quotation-related work. 3. Ability to continuously learn new products and thoroughly comprehend their sales value. 4. Proficient in interpreting project documents (Drawings, Equipment Lists, Manuals) to prepare spare parts lists, identify applicable service products, and develop corresponding Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 5. CET-6 English proficiency; capable of fluent communication (written and verbal) with international counterparts.
