Primary Function of Position
This leadership position will lead a team of MarCom marketers that orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns, tradeshows/event programs/online activities that resonate with target audiences, enhancing customer relationships, and amplifying product value and brand messaging. This team is a key part of the commercial team that establish and amplify Intuitive/Intuitive Fosun’s portfolios and Ecosystem value and brand for various healthcare stakeholders. This leader will develop the functional and professional skills of his/her team and will build a fulfilling career path for the direct reports.


Roles and Responsibilities
61 Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan to effectively promote product/technology releases
61 Partner with Product Marketing on the development and maintenance of marketing communications plans including branding messaging/creative strategy
61 Partner with Audience(clinical and hospital) Marketing on developing education strategy and plan, and execute it’s education campaign
61 Manage and execute the tradeshow/event programs; Act as the main point of contact for all major marketing or corporate events
61 Develop the strategy and yearly budget plan and calendar for all center-led consumer facing promotions, and monitor the budget execution
61 Tracking the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns / events program ROI
61 Developing digital media strategy and Implementing online marketing activities including social media, digital education channel, etc
61 Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with products launch and promotion
61 Works with vendors(designers/agencies) to deliver physical manufacture and delivery of marketing materials and assets or BAT assets to internal uses and external customers
61 Partner with corporate marketing’s Creative and Brand team to ensure compliance and provide direction on appropriate VI usage and brand application, and advertisement.
61 Negotiates marketing’s contracts for advertising, marketing campaigns, and promotions
61 Maintains and develops marketing team’s streamline work process flows or marketing operation SOP by coordinating information and requirements with related teams


Requirements:
61 Education: Bachelor or above
61 Experience: Minimum of 10 yrs of experience in medical device industry. A minimum of 5 years’
tradeshow or Event programs management experience. A minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
61 Communication: Proven ability to effectively position and message internally and externally while working in a matrixed international or large organization
61 Purposeful: Highly skilled at manage projects, keeping budgeting, purchasing, organizing, prioritizing, and coping with multiple tasks and with multiple teams
61 Influence and Collaboration: Proven ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally both internal and external stakeholders
61 Execution and Results: Proven track record of building, executing towards pre-defined goals.
61 Language: Fluent in spoken/written both in Mandarin Chinese and in English
61 Ability to travel: Up to 50%
