工作职责: Summary We are actively seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the open-rank Director role, specializing in Neuropsychiatric Disease pharmacology. The candidate will take on a leadership role in managing a dedicated team focused on the field of neuropsychiatric disorders, including anxiety, depression, addiction, bipolar disorder, autism, etc. and ensuring the successful delivery of in vivo and in vitro preclinical research and regulatory submission neuropsychiatric disease projects entrusted by drug developers. This position presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with professional colleagues across WuXi AppTec and global clients, dedicated to neuropsychiatric disease research and drug development, drive forward new business opportunities and make drug discovery against neuropsychiatric disease more effective and efficient.
Responsibilities: 1. Preclinical Research Management: Familiar with preclinical in vivo and in vitro research and drug evaluation strategies for neuropsychiatric diseases (anxiety, depression, addiction, bipolar disorder, autism, etc.). Responsible for the overall management of preclinical efficacy & PKPD & toxicity research in psychiatric disorders, including the formulation of study plans, evaluation methods, scientific quality control, progress management, and solving key technical problems. 2. Project Management and Client Interaction: Participate in project operations management, including client interface, experimental design, scheduling, data collection, and analysis. Skilled in identifying and solving laboratory issues to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, enhancing the platform's reputation and expanding cooperation depth. 3. Team Leadership and Development: Build, train, guide, and manage a high-performing research team. Foster talent development through mentoring and structured training programs. 4. Platform Development: Expand and develop the pharmacological evaluation technology platform for neurological neuropsychiatric disease in accordance with innovative drug development guidelines and quality standards. 5. Innovation and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of international advancements, particularly new platforms and technologies, to reduce development risks and improve team efficiency in drug evaluation. 任职资格: Requirements: 89 PhD in Neuropsychopharmacology, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related field. Strong scientific research background in psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addiction). 89 3-5+ years of research and development experience in psychiatric drugs, with a proven track record of leading projects to clinical trials or product launch.
