Main responsibility: 89 Implement those defined strategies and tactics to achieve budgeted order input and revenue shipment levels; 89 Develop and maintain proficiency in the sales and industry focused application segment assigned; 89 Acquire, develop and manage revenue growth for defined sales prospects and existing assigned account base; 89 Provide training and applications assistance to assigned customer base; 89 Prepare, recommend and negotiate pricing, terms and conditions for quotations, blanket agreements and contracts for management approval; 89 Establish and build good relationships within assigned customer base; 89 Gain bill of material specification and/or preferred supplier status for our products within assigned customer base; 89 Demonstrate effective use of strategic selling techniques to increase account penetration and market share; 89 Maintain accurate and complete territory and account data with respect to the company close loop lead referral, opportunity database and forecasting systems; 89 Provide timely and complete reports and other information as required by management; 89 Act in a positive and proactive manner, at all times, while presenting the Corporation, Division, its products and services, and policies; 89 Manage issues involving warranty, accounts receivable, pricing, and gross margin; 89 Act in a manner consistent with the scope and principles of all company policies, codes of conduct and core values.
Requirements: 89 Bachelor degree or above in machinery engineering or Auto Engineering 89 At least 3 years of sales experience in industrial automation or automotive industry. Better have hydrogen full cell industry background; 89 Be familiar with industrial gas or Automotive Industry is preferred 89 Be familiar with Fuel cell system is preferred 89 Pneumatic or fluid power background or experience is preferred 89 Proven track record in key account and project management; 89 Has good business acumen and commercial skills. Strong ability in Administration, coordination, problem analysis and solving as well as high working efficiency. 89 Good occupational morality and devotion to job; 89 Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required; 89 Be willing to travel around frequently.
