*Key Responsibilities
1. Lead IBP meetings to summarize sales forecasts from the sales team.
2. Oversee the uploading forecasts & the operation of MRP systems, conducting regular reviews to ensure accurate generation of MRP plans and optimal system performance.
3. Analyze customer delivery fill rates, developing and implementing comprehensive action plans for continuous improvement.
4. Direct inventory control and optimization efforts for relevant business units, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Manage vendor performance metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Vendor Scorecard System (VSS), and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) initiatives.
6. Propose, implement, and sustain enhancements to the planning and inventory management infrastructure, driving operational excellence.
7. Monitor and maintain material master data. (Such as safety stock and re-order quantity, etc.).
8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy.
9. Manage logistics projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
10. Receive and manage the newly developed suppliers from the sourcing team.
11. Responsible for import/export customs affairs.
12. Performs other duties assigned by the team leader.

*Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies)
· Education: Bachelor in any field
· Experience: 7-10 Years
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
