61 Manage and train Supervisors and Inspectors to provide a high quality inspection service for Connor in North China.

61 Identify and record problems and vendor quality performance and provide solutions to any non-conformities relating to the inspection service and quality system.

61 Monitor pre-production, in-line, pre-final and final inspections depending on resource and customer requirements.

61 Ensure that there are enough resources in the Quality Assurance Department to inspect shipments in North China as required.

61 Be able to direct and discipline staff independently.

61 Ensure the implementation of initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity within the inspection service and management system.

61 Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by superiors.
