Main responsibilities 61 Manage the local QA team for development sample evaluation, supporting the design team and merchandiser team. 61 Coordinate the operation with the third-party inspection team, to make sure the good performance of inspections 61 Evaluate the inspection result and make decision based on risk and knowledge 61 If needed plan regular visits to the factories to check that the different inspections conducted by the own team and the third parties are proceeding smoothly, giving priority to those factories which have the highest number of incidents or failures during inspections. 61 Analyze the Quality inspections executed by third parties, deciding whether an order is authorized to be delivered or not. In case of any inspection result fail, review of the defective samples and their incidences, providing solutions and coordinate with different teams in the decision-making process. 61 Review the general supplier performance and make feedback to the team 61 Update the inspection and suppliers manual based on HQ and general performance 61 Support the team in packing instructions and product handling when needed 61 Check with the HQ team the product regulation for special products and labeling 61 Assure the product compliance based on the regulations in the market and assure the testing result on time 61 Perform the annual appraisal of the staff in charge annually. Likewise perform the local annual appraisal of the third parties. 61 Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pre-inspection activities. 61 Comply with the rules and regulations established by the Company. 61 Support Quality team in other duties/projects.

Position Requirements Skills 61 Strong technical knowledge on quality matters, like inspection levels, AQL, pass ratio, quality performance, etc. 61 Good skill on managing, reporting, and analyzing database. 61 Analytical, detail focus, team-collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 61 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 61 Fluent in English (oral & written) 61 Mandarin basic skill is optional 61 Willing to learn and to perform under pressure. 61 Proactive and autonomous 61 Driven, Analysis, organizational, and time-management skills. 61 Knowledge and high skills in using MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, PP). Experience 61 At least 6 years experience in buying/trading office or inspection company 61 At least 3 years in management or leading teams 61 Experience in Inspection processes. 61 Preferably previous experience and understanding of retail/apparel sector.
Education 61 Technical certification or bachelor’s degree in business analytics, textile or similars . 61 English advance level in both writing and speaking. 61 Proficiency Microsoft Software knowledge. (Outlook, Excel, Word, One Drive) 61 Previous experience in ERP/PLM software. 61 Previous experience in Forwarders platform management is a plus.
