Roles and Responsibilities
o Deep knowledge and Experience in Exchange online, SharePoint online and M365 troubleshooting, resolving and finding root cause.
o Deep technical expertise and extensive experience in administration, supporting, and optimizing the SharePoint online, Exchange online and M365 suites.
o Automation knowledge using Exchange Powershell, GraphApi
o Support and manage labelling, protection, retention and data loss prevention of SharePoint documents based on content and sensitivity.
o Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced and complex technical issues related to M365 infrastructure including Outlook-Exchange connectivity issues, calendar issues , contact issues, Mail flow, email archives , mailbox permissions and mailbox database creations, incoming and outgoing policies , Whitelisting, TLS configuration , managing listeners and SMTP routes
o Stay up to date with the latest M365 features, updates, industry trends, Roadmap
o Experience on conducting annual Disaster Recovery exercise.
o Knowledge on DMarc, DKIM, Exchange online protection, Iron Port, Proof Point
o Database Availability group (High Availability) troubleshooting
o Administer and support the Microsoft Teams platform to ensure optimal performance.
o Configure and manage Teams policies, security settings, and governance.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teams functionality and integrations.
o Monitor Teams usage and generate reports to guide improvements.
o Stay updated with the latest Teams features and updates, implementing changes as needed.
o Administer and support the Microsoft Teams platform to ensure optimal performance.
o Manage Office 365 Cross-functional capabilities (Licenses, reporting, services and settings).
o Configure and maintain site collections, list, web parts, workflow and integrate SharePoint with other MS products.
Mandatory Skills
61 Able to Administer, manage and maintain using UI and PowerShell.
61 On-Prem and O365 configuration skills.
61 Management of O365 Users, Groups, Logs, Polices, Reports, Data governance and security settings.
61 Experience in managing and working with office 365 Groups, OneDrive, Teams, StaffHub, Flow, Forms and other Apps.
61 L3 level knowledge on Exchange online, SharePoint online
61 Relative working knowledge Database, SQL, AD, ADFS, Network, Exchange.
61 Knowledge of hybrid setup.
61 Knowledge of SharePoint hosted and provider hosted apps.
61 Working knowledge of O365 mobile apps (i.e. Outlook, OD4B, Teams, Yammer, etc. apps).
61 Proficient in Spoken & Written English.
Nice to have knowledge: -
61 SharePoint designer, InfoPath forms.
61 PowerShell scripting.
61 3rd party tools such ShareGate, AvePoint, Metalogix.
61 O365 Power automate, Delve, MyAnalytics, OneNote , Planner, Sway, Stream, ToDo, Videos.
61 Service reporting (Including developing tools for reporting purpose).
61 Incident, Change, Problem management as per ITIL processes.
61 SharePoint & O365 roadmap
61 Coordinate the activities between different teams.
