Purpose: Responsible for dual functions of Distributor activities and business development activities, to achieve Distributor turnover, profit and growth targets defined by Sales Manager. Manage the accounts receivable, and ensure to minimize the risk.
Key Accountabilities:
Distribution performance achievement linked with distributor target, assist distributor/partners with selling products, developing sales and marketing plans. Distribution joint action support, including joint seminar, customer development and joint visit, etc Distribution development feedback from local market and competitors. Develop new distributor/partner network growth in domestic market, implementing the distribution development strategy Follow up on the performance, conduct regular review with partners Distribution training including technical, products, channel policy training and other commercial training. Distribution management information check including distributor safety stock, project record application, transferred customers tracking, authorization status, market behavior management etc. Management & conflict coordination among distributors in the same region or cross regions Technical Bachelor degree (Automation, Process Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred) Postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus
Professional Knowledge and Experiences:
13≥3 years of relevant business experience necessary. Good local language communication skills and basic English communication level (listening, writing, reading and spoken) is a must. Fluent in English is a plus. A strong industry experience is must as background, if could be related to the products of Festo, is a plus. 3+ years in Sales and channel experience in automtion industry is a must Internal candidates: basic sales experience trough former positions as a Tele Sales Consultant, Project Engineer , Technical Engineer or Junior Sales Engineer is desirable CRM Tools
