Our ambition is to build a 5bn business globally; and be a global top 3 player within this space.
As of today, our brands include Equilibra in Italy; OLLY, SmartyPants, Liquid IV, Onnit, Welly and Nutrafol in the US with ~2.0 bn in turnover. We have established a presence in China since 2020, now with 70million in turnover through the launches of OLLY, Liquid IV and Nutrafol. Our ambition is to be 250million in the next 3 years.
Job Description Overview
The Supply Planning Assistant Manager will join an exciting and entrepreneurial team, that is a standalone business unit of Wellbeing Collective China, reporting to the Wellbeing Collective Supply Chain Manager. This is a fast-growing business unit with an agile, collaborative team with a strong bias for action mindset. Primary responsibility is to lead the E2E operational planning function for WBC China. This would primarily include Supply Planning and the day to day operations of planning.
The role will have opportunity to work collaboratively in an ‘end to end’ way - with downstream commercial counterparts (CSP, CD, Marketing) as well as upstream counterparts (Collaborative Manufacturing partners, and US Opcos). Whilst the role will be based in China together with the WBC China team, there will exposure and opportunity to work with team members outside of China (primarily US, Europe & South Korea) due to the nature of brands and sourcing network.
Key Accountabilities & Job Responsibilities:
Translate demand / forecast to supply plan, and place PO to various sourcing units (in-house sourcing units and 3P)
Responsible for daily operations such as co-ordination with UL HK on invoice submission, price maintenance, masterdata set-up and etc
Regular connects with internal / external sourcing units to discuss status of supply, as well as ongoing operational issues – Payments, Quality, Efficiency / Cost improvement
SNOP representative from Supply, to flag out any risks and updates on supply plan for regular and innovation SKUs
RPM level agreement proposal and decision making for ensure LTFM
Responsible for resolving ad-hoc demand/supply situations closely with the necessary stakeholders
Co-lead with demand planner to launch Demand / Supply planning tool (Kinaxis – HW Instance) in 2025.
Prepare and track SP KPIs such as Supplier OTIF, MSTN/ESTN, MATDOH to ensure overall SC delivery in 2025 and beyond. 职位要求: Bachelor degree or above, at least 2-3 years of working experience
Planning experience in FMCG company and E-commerce based business is mandatory. Demand planning & S&OP experience is highly preferred.
Commercially savvy and oriented with strong business mindset and attention for detail is a key attribute
Good communication and written skills in Chinese and English, with ability to work cross functionally and across different cultures is important.
Strong in excel.
Digital mindset and experience will be a plus.
Collaborative, constructive, positive and open mindset to investigate, experiment will be critical for this fast-growing business.
Logical, structured thinking for problem solving will be required for day-to-day job
