61 Prepare troubleshooting/debug TOI for customer support engineers
61 Work with doc team to publish feature deployment guides
Must-Have Skills
61 expert proficiency in Python
61 good understanding of networking features (NAT, firewall, QoS, NetFlow, etc)
61 good understanding REST API
61 good understanding of virtualization (ESXI/KVM)
61 familiar with development environment in linux
61 fluent English
61 good understanding of code versioning and publishing tools, such as Git, Pip
61 networking/telecommunication background will be a plus
61 Cisco certificates will be a plus (CCIE/CCNP/CCNA)
