PURPOSE OF THE JOB To conduct field coach, work with sales team for the client experience improvement and sales growth.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES · New BC training · To improve BC consultation and selling skill in order to provide better service to the customer. · To guide BC and build confident to BC while working with them in the field. · To train BC on novelties in the secondary city. · To conduct beauty workshop for the customer. · To help sales department on BC evaluation. · To maintain and upgrade BC image.
