- Manage and co-ordinate the provision of RINA Certification China’s assurance services to clients in accordance with RINA Certification China’s Business Plan. - Monitor and enhance client satisfaction through regular service evaluation and implementation of initiatives. - The major position accountability is to ensure the technical compliance in terms of all ABs / local authorities’ requirements. - Technical Compliance Manager maintains on-going development of himself/herself and is responsible for helping to maintain the technological advantage of RINA Certification China. This might include attending seminars, participating in technical committees on behalf of RINA Certification China as well as assisting to transfer technology from our parent organizations.
Duties:
- Ongoing communications with appropriate Managers in RINA Certification China, RINA Services will be necessary to ensure appropriate service design and adequate service delivery and determination of client's ongoing resource requirements. - Develop, maintain and up-date technical procedures covering assurance and compliance services provided by RINA Certification China. - Manage the assurance business procedures and the implementation of assurance service. - Regular training to the audit task force and the company management team, keep in pace with the development of certification standards and related laws and regulations and ensure appropriate communication to the clients. - Participate at business planning and management review meetings held by RINA Certification China.
Qualifications: - Tertiary Qualified in Engineering or scientific discipline - Minimum 5 years in 3rd-Party certification business as technical compliance management role - Eligible for admission to Lead Auditor (Quality). - Minimum 2 years experience working in Product Certification and minimum 2 years ‘experience in Management Systems Certification business - Demonstrated project management expertise - Demonstrated ability to relationship build at all levels in organizations - Demonstrated abilities in: - Interpersonal communication - Customer focus - Risk based thinking - Written communication - Manage own performance - Product knowledge - Developing the team - Business knowledge (within appropriate sectors)
