GENERAL DESCRIPTION Regional leader of client implementation teams. Establish, Implements, Oversees and directs client implementation teams. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS -Directs communication of all Global Account implementations. -Oversee compliance with all related company policies, ISO guidelines and other regulatory requirements. -Coordinates Standard Operating Procedure development and directs training of the implementation team and staff on requirements. -Highlight key risk for all client implementations -Monitors performance metrics and measurements related to individuals, teams, processes, and projects. -Utilizes effective communication or negotiation skills, employing diplomacy and sensitivity to resolve critical or escalated issues affecting the client, staff, or senior management. -Directs and oversees post-mortem assessment of project performance/success (both operational and financial). -Keeps abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations. -Other duties as assigned OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES 61Experienced in all areas of transportation, logistics and supply chain operations. 61Proficient in project management methodologies with a focus on developing solution driven strategy plans to achieve goals, implementing business requirements analysis and testing processes, and identifying timeline constraints, and risks. 61Makes clients and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; develop and sustain productive relationships. 61Allocates decision making authority and/or task responsibilities to others to maximize the organization's and individuals' effectiveness. 61Analyzes complex problems and develop alternative solutions. 61Demonstrated leadership skills in influencing departments and implementing and managing change. 61Develops and uses collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals; develop individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas and appreciating others' efforts. 61Maintains stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization. 61Uses appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals. 61Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. 61Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. 61Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. 61Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 61Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and clients EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 61Bachelor's Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience. 61Minimum 2 years related experience. 61At least 3 years industry experience preferred. 61Minimum 2 years supervisory or managerial experience required.
