Here is what you need to know about the job:
- Hardline experience of European brands, Outdoor, Garden & Camping (Outdoor furniture items) product development/ production experience.
- Familiar with the production process, techniques, and quality requirements of Outdoor furniture items (product compliance and regulations requirement).
- Good English reading and writing capability, can easily understand English tech-packs, compose English inspection reports.
- Monitor and extend advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process.
- Suggest and communicate with factory to resolve production and quality related issues on-site.
- Report and trouble shoot quality issues from bulk production samples to product finish goods, escalate in proper process.
- conduct and participates onsite sample review in terms of development, trail run and bulk production. Provide the technical advice and report with improvement and solutions follow up with all shareholders.
- Work closely with all operational merchandiser teams related to product.
- Administer multi-tasking and computed data and contents of documents and generated required reports.
- Defining and implementing quality assurance methodologies into the production area.
- Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories, and customers on quality related issues.
- Consistent improvement of product quality.
- Customer complaint/ CAP analysis and follow up.
