Responsibilities: 1-Collaborate with the sourcing team to negotiate business terms, technical standards, and review contracts. Communicate with oversea customers to establish technical and inspection standards for new development projects. 2-Conduct regular quality audits for existing and potential suppliers, ensuring adherence to standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Follow up on improvement processes and verify the effectiveness of improvement changes. 3- Stay abreast of new technologies, processes, and development trends relevant to the products/projects. Provide technical support to the sourcing team for new development projects. 4-Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of quality management principles, including reviewing and approving product quality control plans with customers. Proficiency in APQP, VDA, Six Sigma, SPC, and other relevant methodologies is preferred. 5-Take charge of analyzing and developing countermeasures for supplier corrective actions in response to customer complaints. 6-Conduct regular meetings with oversea customers/suppliers during project development stages. Providing detailed project reports and driving proactive problem-solving to optimize outcomes. 7-Foster cooperation and communication both internally and externally to establish strong partnerships. Requirements: 1-Exhibit intelligence, diligence, self-motivation, and readiness to travel frequently. 2-Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with oversea customers both orally and in writing. 3-Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines effectively. 4-Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or automotive projects, with at least 3 years of experience in supplier quality engineering roles. 5-Familiarity with product assembly, machining, materials, welding, casting, spinning, aluminum extrusion, heat treatment and other relevant standards. Experience in motor, fan, new energy or integrated circuit development is advantageous. 6-Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
