JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Supplier evaluation
-Conduct frequent visits of suppliers to assess their production capabilities, quality control systems, and compliance with standards.
-Analise suppliers’ infrastructure, processes, and materials to identify strengths and weaknesses.
-Ensure suppliers understand and adhere to the company’s quality requirements.
-Provide technical support to suppliers during the production process, helping them adapt their products to specifications.
2. Continuous improvement and monitoring
-Implement feedback processes to address non-conformities and identify improvement opportunities.
-Assist suppliers in developing solutions to correct defects or enhance process efficiency.
-Propose corrective and preventive actions based on issues identified during audits or inspections.
3. Training and capacity building
-Organize training sessions for suppliers on quality standards, manuals, new technologies, or processes relevant to guarantee quality.
-Support the alignment of suppliers’ practices with the company’s objectives.
-Develop action plans with underperforming suppliers.
