Job Description To implement the BU strategy, plan and execute brand campaigns and trade activities both in online and offline retailers to build brand equity as well as increase sales
Key Responsibilities 61 Brand campaign landing in channels 61 To define brand communication priorities in online and offline sales channels according to the different trade features 61 According to retailers' trends and consumer insight, to cowork with marketing and sales team to work out annual and detailed channel campaign plan, attractive mechanism and implement communication with customers 61 To execute and monitor brand campaign landing and channel activities and further work on improvement plan 61 Online and Offline Perfect store Management 61 To lead the design and production of campaign assets in online and offline channels 61 To enhance EC in-store decoration according to brand guide 61 To develop various offline Posm tools and communication materials for offline channels, including shelf tray, standee, product sticker, PDQ, etc 61 To maintain channels visual assets bank in time 61 Build up POS execution tracking process to raise the brand presence effectiveness. 61 Brand new user recruitment 61 To co-work with brand and sales team to set up annual sample plan 61 To lead cross brand sample and channel sample execution 61 To regularly track sample project status and set up improvement plan
Skills & Qualifications 61 Bachelor degree in Business 61 Good communication skills in English on top of Mandarin 61 +5 years of Trade Marketing in Cosmetics/FMCG 61 Support trade marketing leader to develop channel strategy and long term retail business plan to achieve the core mission. 61 Experience working with cross function teams, to ensure trade marketing plans & activities implement effectiveness and efficiency. 61 Solid understanding of regulatory and legal requirements in China Cosmetics/FMCG trade industry and compliance track record. 61 Good knowledge & successful experience in Ecommerce and Modern Trade 61 Data-based analytical and strategic thinking skills required. 61 Strong ability to innovate and form creative solutions 61 Excellent communication and presentation skills (English too) 61 Self-initiative and good follow-through
