Position Summary Reporting directly to the Strategy Marketing Manager, APAC, this role will be mainly focus on investigate Rotork opportunities and potential applications in new market segmentations and give proposal on which products are suitable for specific markets. To accomplish above task, this role is required to look for resources incl. target market events, organizations, and communicate with channel partners, and customers. The role will also conduct application training to internal teams, involve in localization plan analysis, support generating segment/application brochures and other marcom literatures or events.
Major Duties 1.Collect and analyse target market data, trend, main technology road and identify investigating scope 2.Study identified/suspected market segment process flow, technology and our potential market size 3.Investigate possible product offerings to specific market segments, and propose short-term product strategy to sales, and long-term product strategy for future NPD plan. 4.Create applications and marketing packs to deliver trainings to sales 5.Involve local product launch 6.Perform competitor monitoring and analysis as a source to support localization strategy, product strategy, market strategy 7.Complete other assigned work by Strategy Marketing Manager, APAC incl. business intelligence, reporting, and etc. 8.Support Marcom team’s approaches incl. Production of marketing collaterals, i.e. brochures, datasheet, and etc. Events arrangements Posters/Roll-ups for promotion
Knowledge/Skills/Experience 1. Proven market research analysis or business development experience 2. Good communication skills 3. Strong willing on deep study market and product applications 4. Bachelor degree in science & engineering 5. Capability to spoken and written in English 6. Strong responsibility to lead & track entire research projects 7. Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multi-task and prioritise and high motivation
